Providing City of Bangor permitting assistance for Certificate of Occupancy, and engineer's certificate for site plan compliance and for stormwater systems management.

Mattanawcook Terrace, Richard Higgins Architects, Lincoln

Design of civil/site improvements to address poor stormwater runoff conditions, lower-level building flooding, failing pavement, and ADA accessibility. Working with Richard Higgins Architects, Inc. of Rockland. Preparation of Construction Documents. Project is funded with USDA Rural Development grant money - plans and specs must meet their approval.

Fabian Oil, Inc., Oakland

Providing services to update three SPCC plans at Oak Street, Libby Hill and Jay Facilities.

Penobscot Community Health Care, - Children's Center, Bangor

Civil/site design, and local and DEP (SLODA) permitting for a 5,000 sf new building connecting existing pediatrics buildings, Union Street. In partnership with Concert Point Architecture.

Center for Cooperative Aquaculture Research Facility (CCAR),  UMaine - Franklin

In partnership with Concert Point Architecture, providing civil/site design and permitting services for a new 21,000 sf building for continued and expanded aquaculture research.

Environmental permitting for site improvements along the shores of Heald Pond.

Maine Air National Guard, Bangor International Airport, Bangor

Working with IDIQ consultant Oak Point Associates, we are assisting the Maine Air Guard with their current revision to the Maine DEP Site Location of Development Act (SLODA) permitting. We are responsible for stormwater modeling and treatment/mitigation and sediment and erosion control design.

Treeline, Inc. - Lincoln

Stormwater management improvements associated with the installation of new truck scales.

The Acadia Hospital - Directory Signage Graphics, Bangor

Providing pro-bono services for the creation of directory graphics to be used in individual clientele handouts and in a large wall display frame.

Green Lake Road Redesign - Town of Dedham

Redesign of roadway to eliminate two accident-prone, blind curves. Project involves new alignment geometry design for both horizontal and vertical curvature. Environmental factors including a potential vernal pool and activity within a Shoreland Zone.
