Wilson Street Holdings, LLC,  Wilson Square, Brewer (Under construction)

Site plan modifications and permitting services for additional parking and various site alterations in conjunction with reuse of approx. 28,000sf retail building to medical office. Architect is Concert Point Architecture of Holden.

Town Of Lincoln, Garage Feasibility & Economic Study - Department of Public Works

Providing services for the study and assessment of the existing DPW garage facility. Services to include assessment and recommendations for civil/site, structural, mechanical, electrical, and building code/life safety deficiencies and the financial assessment of upgrading with renovations versus new construction. In partnership with Concert Point Architecture and iLina Engineering.

Town Of Lincoln, Recreation Center and Athletic Fields - Recreational Department

Providing pro-bono services for preliminary civil engineering design and conceptual site planning for a new regional Recreational Center and athletics fields.

Tim Hortons, Bangor - Little Wood Island, LLC (Opened August 20, 2009)

Site design and permitting for a 1,700 square foot, 30-seat Tim Hortons with drive-thru and 20 parking spaces located on South Main Street in Bangor. This national chain has been building a strong presence in Maine in the past few years. Project presently under construction.

Penobscot Community Health Care, - Stillwater Family Medicine, Bangor (On hold)

Preparation of a NEPA Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) as part of grant application. Site plan design to accommodate 5,500 sf building addition and up to 90 parking spaces on moderately sloping property. Project includes DEP stormwater permit and Bangor Planning Board site plan approval.

Penobscot Community Health Care - Auburn Hall, 103 Maine Avenue (Pending construction)

Site plan modifications to existing improvements for their relocated business office and storage facility. Site Plan approval with Bangor Planning Board and Economic Development Committee.

Health Access Network, Medical Office Building, Lincoln - (Opened August 2009)

A new 28,000 SF, $5 million, MOB including primary care, mental health, and administration.  Responsibilities included full Project management for all design disciplines, plus civil engineering, site design and permitting with Town of Lincoln, Maine DEP and Maine DOT. Owner recently commenced occupancy.

The Acadia Hospital - Pediatric & Family Outpatient Services, Bangor  (Opened August 2009)

Responsible for site design, local and environmental permitting (SLODA mod) for a new 4,217sf Pediatric and Family Outpatient Services Addition, ancillary site amenities and for a new 210sf NTP addition/entrance. Project in final stages of construction.

The Acadia Hospital - Building Renovation and Addition, Bangor (Completed fall 2009)

Responsible for site design, local and environmental permitting (SLODA mod) associated with  renovations for a Psychiatric Observation Unit, in conjunction with design by Morris-Switzer. Project to include new loading dock, ambulance entrance and relocated ElectroCardioTherapy.

Sunbury Medical Properties LLC - Site Plan, Corporate Drive, Bangor (Pending construction)

Site plan modification to include pads for mobile MRI and CT units, as well as 33 additional parking spaces. City of Bangor approval received. Project soon to be under construction.

Sunbury Medical Properties LLC - Site Plan, Route 2, Hermon (May, 2008)

Site plan and local permitting for a 2,550 sf Medical Office Building on Route 2. Town of Hermon approval received.

United Electrical Systems - Odlin Road, Bangor (Pending construction)

Provided professional services for 1.25 ac property rezone from I&S to UID, and civil/site design for two new commercial buildings and a residential to office conversion.

Tuttle Woods Residential Subdivision, Lincoln - A/S/G partnership (Pending construction)

Civil engineering design and permitting for a prestigious 14-lot residential subdivision with site amenities, unmatched in greater Lincoln area. Construction to start summer 2009.

Town Of Hampden, Planning Department - Technical Peer Review (Completed)

Acting as the Town's technical peer reviewer for stormwater and utilities for a proposed new Maintenance Garage as proposed by The Town Water District - Engineer is Woodard & Curran.

Town of Hampden, Lakeview Cemetery (Approved January 2008)

Design layout of substantial addition to the Town owned public cemetery. Design included interior roadway system and the creation of 2,560 additional burial plots.

Town Of Islesboro, Planning Board - Technical Peer Review (Completed)

Three years running, acting as the Town's engineering and technical reviewer for 14-lot residential subdivision on Northeast Point. Approved by Islesboro Planning Board.

Development Feasibility Study, Orono - Unnamed client (Completed March 2009)

Conceptual site planning and review of local, state and federal codes for applicability to develop existing occupied site, which will benefit the University of Maine and the Town of Orono.

Moose River Outpost, Moose River - Christian Camps and Conferences  (Completed)

Site, building, roadway and utility mapping at the Main Post on Heald Pond.
